Grüner Tee von Ronnefeldt stammt aus China mit Formosa (Taiwan), Japan, Ceylon sowie Darjeeling und Assam. Damit Grüner Tee ein Genuss wird, sind bei der Zubereitung drei Faktoren zu beachten: die Menge der Teeblätter, die Temperatur des Wassers sowie die Ziehdauer. Pro Tasse genügt ein gestrichener Teelöffel Teeblätter. Die optimale Aufbrühtemperatur für Grüne Tees liegt bei ca. 80 Grad. Die Ziehdauer bei Grünem Tee ist eher kurz und variiert nach dem persönlichen Geschmack.
